447 Klotter - Spruce up landscaping around parking area and front of house. Rebuild front porch box gutter, apply trim, and paint.

452 Klotter - Install backyard brick patio, pour new concrete steps to patio, and landscape around patio. Install green pipe railing on south side of Conroy.

458 Klotter - Complete the hillside memorial garden to the west with arbor, fishpond, more landscaping, and decorative lighting. Plant 75 foot hedge of burning bushes along south side of Conroy.

459 Klotter - Install ornate, historical railing on east side of building entrance. Build a rock garden, with landscape lighting, behind the railing.

500 Klotter - Install 2 large landscaping/retaining walls, re-grade, spread topsoil, seed/straw, and plant trees and decorative grasses. This area in effect extends the Baymiller Steps Greenspace.

501 Klotter - Enhance entrance lighting. Repair/remove brick chimneys, rebuild box gutter, replace roof, and complete paint job started last year.

517 Klotter - On-going project includes brick parking area, lower level brick patio, terraced landscaping walls, decorative lighting, concealed garbage cans, and landscaping.

529 Klotter - On-going project includes brick parking area, decorative lighting, concealed garbage cans, and landscaping. Facade at street level to be repainted.

530 Klotter - Repairing sub-surface leak in facade, redoing approx. 1/4 of observation porch, landscaping back yard.
