The Association is a group of interested Klotter/Conroy Owners and Residents whose purpose is to foster a sense of belonging to and pride in our neighborhood. In a spirit of fun we will create social interactions that build lasting relationships. Using a simple open-committee structure, we will empower our Association to get things done in the community. We will focus on enhancing the value of our property, preserving our neighborhood's history, solving neighborhood issues, reaching out to surrounding neighborhoods, and sponsoring social activities. We will accomplish these goals with specific objectives and projects generated by Association Members.
